Dr. Macrae is an amazing doctor! I am someone that loves to ask questions regarding symptoms and he always makes me feel comfortable in doing so. The staff is also attentive and friendly. In specific, Lorena, she has followed through with me from my first visit all the way to my Balloon Sinuplasty procedure, and continues to do so post procedure. As a result of that, I had no issue prior to and after my procedure because Lorena was always available for assistance. I highly recommend this ENT because Dr. Macrae and his staff listen to the patient needs!.

Awesome experience, great friendly staff and awesome DR , did what they had to first and since that wasn’t working they performed a balloon sinusplasty and already feeling a big difference . I am sleeping better and lots of my symptoms have gone away thank you valley ear nose and throat specialist for all you do and keep doing once again a GREAT staff all explained perfectly and I knew what to expect day of the procedure DR Macrae helped so so much..

Dr. Macrae was amazing! He helped me in no time and gave me the correct treatment I needed to get me back to where I was!.

Dr. Milov & his staff are wonderful, 10/10 definitely recommend! Dr. Milov treated my sister & performed a successful surgery for a mass she had in her thyroid & we can't thank him enough for the excellent care she received. We live in Brownsville but the drive to McAllen is minimal when compared to the excellent care & bedside manners he has. God bless Dr. Milov & his staff!.

My daughter is a brain cancer survivor and after receiving chemo and radiation it caused her to have hearing loss. She has been seeing Dr Milov since 2016, and we drive from Harlingen to McAllen because of him and Dr Martinez. Dr Martinez is very caring, and so patient, and Dr Milov explains things so you can understand the diagnoses and gives his recommendations. Always happy with their services.

Excellent doctor, he saved my life and the surgery incision he hid from me so that it would not be noticed. I am grateful to God and to Dr Milov. Excellent hands to work with and wisdom. God bless you Doctor Milov.
