I had an appointment with Dr Kathleen Jones today and the experience was beyond my expectations. I am suffering from an ear infection and I don't even know how long I've actually had. It got so bad I have seen my primary doctor twice, I've been to urgent care and finally two days ago I ended up in the ER. My infection is so bad that the ER wanted to admit me. I knew people were already waiting for beds so I told them to do what they needed to do and then I'd just go home. Dr Jones said they gave me enough antibiotics to heal a horse. They recommended I follow up with an ENT since they couldn't really help me. I called right away and got an appointment but called and got a cancelation appointment so I was able to see her the following day. She looked at my ear and knew just what to do. My ear was completely blocked with puss. It hurt so bad to get it out and she was so gentle and caring when she did it and she even took the time to pause to let me gather myself for her to continue the treatment. She got it out and gave me a treatment plan and I'll be back to see her in one week. I highly recommend this doctor. I was nervous when I read all the reviews but she has a lot more positive ones than bad ones. If you're looking for an ENT in the high desert, look no further. Her office is so clean and inviting and the staff is so friendly and they take the time to listen.

Very friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Dr. Robert is an excellent doctor. He explains to my wife about vertigo that it is a common syndrome and from time to time almost everybody gets it. No surgery or medication is needed. Simple neck muscles exercises and it will disappear after some time.

Dr doesn't over book. You're seen very close to your appointment time. He doesn't rush. Listens well, and explains well.

Very pleased with Dr Robert's service. Very self explanatory What he was doin . Thanks Dr . Feel better.
