Dr. Agarwal, is Fantastic. He basically saved my life. After Cervical surgery, my Vocal cord was paralyzed and lungs filled up. He went Way beyond what a Normal Doctor would have done. Came to the Hospital Late, and really helped my Family understand. His continued care healed me. Office kinda older looking, but that's not why I go to the Doctor. Take it from me, this Doctor knows his stuff.

My wife and I are extremely happy at how promptly and professional the whole process and experience was with your office. During the appointment we felt that we were given the answers we wanted. Along with patience and understanding of what we were feeling and going through. Our surgery was scheduled quickly and the procedure went smoothly. I cannot believe how fast our son was back up and running around, being the kid that we want him to be. Thank you Dr. Agarwal!

I took my 11 year old son to see Dr. Ravi. The office lobby has older decor but I liked that because it made me feel that they weren’t trying to hard and hopefully focused more on the patients than anything else. The front office staff was soft spoken and very kind. Dr. Ravi’s medical assistant was full of energy and that was great for my son!! It also felt like she was happy to be there. When the doctor finally came in, he was smiling, made eye contact and spoke to me rather than in a file or computer. He listened and then examined my son thoroughly. My son has a very very large medical history and his focus was just what I needed. He ordered some things and let me know the possibilities of either outcomes and what our next steps would be. He also had my son see Dr. Bos, the audiologist, who was great with an 11 year old. Dr. Bos showed me the results and explained everything to me so I could visualize everything. The wait was long for this but I appreciated them making the most of my time rather than not going back and forth so much. Also, they squeezed us in so of course there’s a wait! Thank you for being so detailed and thorough. Thank you for making the most of my time. Most of all, thank you for your time.
