William A. Johnson IV, MD - Peoria Ear, Nose & Throat Group

This was my first time of going to Peoria Ear Nose and Throat. The feeling of being welcomed was fantastic. Dr. Johnson didn't rush and took his time listening to my issues. Took the extra step and had me complete a hearing test just for a baseline due to the fullness I felt in my ears but didn't have fluid etc. The ladies in the office (nurses) were amazing as well as the audiologist. Process was simple and the turnaround time for appointment left nothing to be disappointed at. I'll highly recommend this group and happy to know that I'm now a part of their group as well.

They did a very good job explaining things and making sure I was comfortable with the decisions for my sons ear tube surgery. Very polite and professional and took great care of my toddler. The center for health was even more amazing by providing toys and remote controlled trucks/ and movies, to keep my little one happy and at ease before his procedure. The staff were awesome and it was good care even for someone on state aid !

My referral was processed quickly and the appointment availability was very reasonable. The communication from the office was thorough, but not too much. The office staff were pleasant and professional and Dr Johnson took his time to examine and explain the details of my injury. I would highly recommend!
