Since the first time I met Dr Bitner, she’s been like a breath of fresh air. She’s so sweet and so easy to talk to. When finding the right doctor, you want to know you can trust the doctor and trust their feedback on your health and kid health. I appreciate all of her knowledge she shares with my son and myself. She’s so genuine and caring. I’m glad I found a doctor I can feel comfortable with, since moving away from my hometown. Dr. Bitner not only serves me, but she service my son health as well. Before meeting her, I had lots of questions and concerns with my health. She’s assisting me with gaining a peace of mind and clarity! She’ll also guide me to the right group of doctors for my personal needs. Thank you so much! I don’t want to leave out the staff. The nurses the front desk lady so amazing so genuine. I love them all thank you!

Dr. Lidvall and his staff are the most caring and attentive medical staff I've dealt with (and there have has been a lot of "dealing with" in the last 6 years). Lidvall listens and is attentive to your needs. His staff are unfailingly polite and work hard to make you feel comfortable. When I need a written prescription I have never had to wait over a few hours before receiving the call that it was ready and I could pick it up anytime and when you have an office visit I have never waited more than a few minute before being ushered right in. My new insurance doesn't cover Unity Point and I have chosen the option of paying myself rather than go to another doctor. I don't make a lot of money so that, alone, should tell you how great I think this office is.

This man is a great Doctor. Ive had many Problems, from losing two feet of Intestines to Long Covid brain damage. thyroid, diabetes, high blood pressure. Leg, face muscle issuses. He been there through it, and attitude has always been caring and positve. He cares, He listens and he works to find root of problems. Great Doctor. Thank You Doctor Lidvall.

I'm not young and have been to a lot of doctors and am the son, grandson, and great grandson of MDs. I've never known a better doctor than Dr. Lidvall. He is very proactive to promoting health and extremely knowledgeable, listens, and explains things well. He gets to the bottom of problems and solves them quickly. He's helped me immensely with arthritis, cancer, diet, posture, mobility, and rest. He got my weight down, my cholesterol down, corrected an incorrect heart disease diagnosis by someone else. Sorry! I could go on and on, but you'll never regret going to Dr. Lidvall!
