We had the good fortune of having Chad Hales take over our case when our attorney unfortunately passed away before we finalized our trust and will. We can't say enough about him. Chad is professional, knowledgeable and patient. He explains things very well and really wants you to understand what you are signing. He also made us feel confident in his expertise of trust and estate law. He took on our case without any expectation of compensation as we had already paid our previous attorney. And he never treated us like we were second tier clients because of that. He was always gracious with his time and did not rush us. He bent over backwards and accommodated our schedule to the point that we met after his office hours. He really goes above and beyond. We highly recommend him.

My family has had a long history with the Hales/Nelson law firm. Our parents and now the next generation have been helped over and over. The professionalism of everyone at this office has always been beyond helpful to all of us. We are very thankful to them all.
