I used Mr. Smith in the capacity of handling my mother's estate. Very knowledgeable about the whole process. He knew exactly when & what forms/documents needed to be filed with the court & other entities involved. He gave suggestions, too, as to what the best course of action should be for various situations. He explained legal topics in layman's terms.
