For my father in law, she helped my husband and his siblings in navigating the extremely confusing and heart-wrenching path to find a memory care facility, how to select one, how to deal with the financial aspects of providing for his care knowing the available resources and tools to ensure he receives the best possible care. For my own father, she helped him, my sister and me figure out resources that would enable him to live in his own home safely for as long as possible (extremely important to him & us). When it was time to qualify him for hospice care, she helped us through that process. He ended up passing very peacefully in January. While his death is a profound loss for us, knowing that he was treated with such dignity and respect and that he wss so well cared for means the world to us. Without Kim's help, I don't know what my sister & I would have done in our Dad's last days. Also without her help, I don't think my husband's family would be so confident that my father in law is receiving all the care he needs in such a loving and compassionate way. I am truly blessed to have had her help with these amazing men who shaped so many lives.
