I have relocated to West Chester, Ohio, from Delhi. There are a lot of optometrists near me, Mason, Sharonville or West Chester. Giovanetti EyeCare, has always provides me with awesome eye care. The office is always clean, the staff are all kind and friendly. Great eye glass selection, cool fish tank . Best optometrist in Cincinnati

The Giovanetti team was extremely friendly and personable. They moved me quickly through the process but never made me feel rushed. The best part was they have an option to check your eyes without dilating them so I went back to work in comfort.

Dr. Arar and the staff in the Cincinnati Eye Institute were excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable and personable. I received excellent care from them while undergoing cataract surgery. After my vision deteriorated, I thought I just needed glasses, but was told I would need laser treatment because the material holding my cataracts had deteriorated. After the laser treatment I was still having trouble with my vision. Dr. Arar recommended drops to use for 3 months. The only criticism I have of the practice in general is that I was not told to watch for vision deterioration, laser correction, or that I might need prescription eye drops indefinitely. That should be a simple thing to implement.

Without a doubt, Dr Hisham Arar and his staff at Cincinnati Eye Institute, are the best eye professionals I have ever worked with, both from a routine eye exam to eye surgery. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very precise in everything they do and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good eye care. Simply the best!

The whole experience went well. The first appointment took a long time but was very thorough and plenty of time for me to ask questions and have things explained well. The actual procedures were quick and straightforward. And the nurses were very helpful and very nice

Dr Orso is so friendly and great. But Carlos and Valerie add that special touch to the visit that just puts them over the top. Carlos explained what was going to happen every step of the way. He made sure that all equipment was clean before I touched it. And Valerie made sure that I understood the insurance coverage thoroughly. Thank you for great visit.

Very efficient staff and Dr Orso was great at explaining everything to me. They run right on time. Plenty of free parking and easy to get to. Their new digs are awesome with all new furniture and the latest equipment.

Dr. Orso is so kind and informative. I have an adult autistic son and he is so patient with him. My son loves going there for his exams. We always have a great experience!!
