Excellent staff! I have been a patient for many years. Always the best care and attention given to me and my family. I don't trust anyone else in the city. Location is easy to get to, with lots of parking. I love that there is never a long wait to see the doctor. Usually in an out in 40-45 minutes max. Dr Gradowski is always generous with his time and makes sure to review items with me on each visit.

I am so glad we found Eye Care West! I just switched to them after many years going to the same vision place and what a difference. Everyone in the office was nice , professional and experienced. My husband had told me about it after he had gone to shopko and had a very bad experience with them, luckily found Eye Care West and was very happy with the experience, got the correct glasses. It can be difficult to find places anymore that have excellent products, are knowledgeable and most importantly have good customer service - Eye Care West checked all the boxes and more.

Excellent service. The Optometrist was very knowledgeable in her field. I got a free lesson on cataracts! The eye exams were very thorough and detailed. Can’t wait to experience the results with my new glasses. Superior eyesight begins with a superb eye exam.

I saw Dr. Michaels today and have been seeing him for years. He is a very caring eye doctor. After having tests today Dr. Michaels gave me several choices about what I can do after he explained very thoroughly each choice. I appreciate the time he took with me at the end of the day and how he explained each choice in terms I understand. His staff is also very caring especially Christy who sat and went through each choice for me and didn't push me to make my decision. So if you're looking for a new eye doctor I would check out Dr. Michaels at Millard Family Eye Care.

Our whole family goes to Millard Family Eyecare and I am always impressed. Today I had 4 of my kids in. The staff was friendly and patient. The doctor took time for thorough exam with wiggly kids all the while ensuring my questions were answered. It went way smoother than I anticipated. Thanks for the great care.

What a wonderfully run practice. I was long overdue for an eye exam and found this practice through my own bit of research. I’m very happy I did, as Dr. Michaels and his team were great. The doctor answered all of my questions without hesitation and overall genuinely appeared to enjoy his job. Rare gem in the medical feed, thankful to have found them.

I saw Dr Baartman today for an enhancement procedure post cataract surgery. He was simply delighful and very knowledgeable. He explained things so clearly that all my qualms were put to rest. I would highly recommend him and well worth our 2 hour drive to get there!!! In addition everyone I met with was so personable and down to earth, just an amazing place.

Amazing Drs, super great staff. Highly recommend.. Clean facility with yummy snacks and great atmosphere. I felt like the Drs really cared, they talked me through the process, made sure I understood everything, wonderful bedside manners and very kind hearts. Felt more like family, made a stressful situation much easier to endure.

All office personnel are kind and attentive. Medical staff personnel are attentive, knowledgeable and supportive. Dr Baartman is an excellent surgeon. I was very lucky to have utilized Vance Thompson for cataract surgery.
