Our experience started with Todd in sales, he came to our house, extremely personable, and both my wife and I immediately trusted him. We needed two gates on the side of our house. One of the gates is attached to the fence going to the backyard block wall. Everything went well through our HOA process and with the crews that came out and installed the fence were outstanding. I can’t think of anything that didn’t make us happy. We had to wait six or seven weeks but understood that was part of the process. Simply put we were just excited to get the fence. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica S. with AR Iron and she made my transaction run smoothly. I had patio and front security doors installed. As you know, supply shortages have resulted in delays across the home improvement board. On top of that vendors are not responsive and slow to fix issues. Not the case with AR Iron. Jessicaf emailed me prompt answers to any questions I had, which I very much appreciated. I also was not 100% in love with my front door color, and she oversaw the color change of my front security door with speed and efficiency. I will be using AR Iron in the future and highly recommend them.
