We had our yearly maintenance on our A/C & Heating Unit and our tech was Jacob. He was very polite and professional. We were kind of in a hurry so he said he would be fast as he possibly could. He finished the job quickly and painlessly for us. We signed up for their VIP program so the inspection was free. We have had Ambient out to fix a few different things and have always been happy with their service.

We were very pleased with our service. When an issue arose the technicians were prompt and professional. The guys were very friendly and went the extra mile to get things done. We definitely recommend Ambiet Edge for upgrading or any service you may need. Thank you for a job well done.

Ambient came recommended by a good friend. And well we will be friends for awhile longer.great job. Clean , tidy. Very fast .

Black Mountain Air is exceptional! We just purchased a property and found that our old unit was rusted and leaking and had to be replaced. Black Mountain Air came over to inspect the unit the same day. They presented an estimate and were able to replace the unit the next day. The owner was on-site as well. We met six of their staff and all were professional, friendly and efficient. The work was outstanding and they cleaned up perfectly. Overall, a great value. We highly recommend Black Mountain Air.

Once again I called and had a technician out in a couple of hours. Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and did a good job to try and diagnose the issue. Very happy to be working with Black Mountain Air. Its hard to find good companies that one can rely on time and time again for good consistent service - this is one of those companies where you can.

They were very fast and professional. While we unfortunately needed a new AC Unit, they were able to install one the next day. Arrived on schedule and kept me posted and informed at all time.

I had a faulty outlet that began smoking when it was in use. Fearful of burning down my house i immediately contacted Ideal Services. Anthony Green was my technician, and showed up with a great personality and smile on his face. He was very fast and efficient, and explained the issue in detail as well as showed me the faulty wiring. He was very friendly and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. Great experience, i definitely recommend Anthony Green and Ideal Services.

I've had Ideal out on 2 different occasions and each time was a great experience! Levi was the last tech out to replace my garbage disposal who was professional, polite and quick. The time before was to replace my water heater and again professional and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Connor and Levi were awesome. Very polite! I liked that they took the time to be sure the pressure valve in my garage was no longer leaking. They took their time but finished quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.
