When you entrust an individual financial planner or firm with your life savings it’s a small step forward in planning but a giant leap of faith (with all due respect to today’s lunar landing anniversary). You are counting on their financial acumen, insight, timely attention to your needs and of course, their integrity. It may not be a lot of cheese but it’s MY cheese and needs looking after with as much diligence and care as the whale investors, pension funds and other clients the firm has under management. For the past year, the Akron office of Sequoia has managed of all of our financial planning and investments. A team of people we have never met face to face provides us with amazing service, quiet confidence and a degree of personal attention that is, frankly, astonishing.
