Jim’s a straight shooter. He listens to what you have to say. He makes suggestions, but he doesn’t push you in any way. He’s readily available when you need him. I was pretty anxious at the prospect of putting my 401k into an LPL IRA when I retired 8 years ago, but I’ve been happy with the results so far. The office staff (Dawn and Sandra) are supportive and professional. Great job guys! SW.
