Been with this group for 10-15 years and been well served by the same team. We've had lean and uncertain periods as well as more prosperous ones - this group holds their course and manages through it all. They manage with a steady and studied approach. They don't duck hard questions and are able to explain their reasoning. I got an unexpected "Good Morning" call recently saying they had reduced the mgmt. fee on our account - out of the clear blue sky. This was due to sound management on their part producing successful results over a period of time. Our relationship is built on mutual respect and trust. Notice I said "mutual". That is essential in any relationship and especially a financial one. Thank you, Align staff, for living up to our high expectations.
