The best experiences we've ever had buying carpet and having it installed. Ackaway's estimate was so much better than others who bid on the job that we wondered if they would cut corners. On the contrary, the quality of the carpet and pad were top notch, and the installers were excellent - they stayed on the job for over 10 hours to get all five bedrooms finished in a day. Every contact we had with Joe and his employees was helpful and courteous. This is one of those rare companies that actually cares its customers and isn't just concerned about the bottom line.

Joe was extremely professional, responsive, and explained the process every step of the way, even helping us with color matching to ensure we got the exact look that we wanted. We had carpets removed and hardwood & vinyl floors installed throughout our house and the new floors look incredible.

Ackaway flooring came to give me an estime the same day I contacted them, and then started and completed the job less than a week later. Amazing quality and professionalism and highly recommend. We will be using them again for any flooring needs in the future.
