One of their special burgers is the Bulgogi Burger, which comes with Korean BBQ-marinated beef, a crispy rice cake, kimchi, garlic mayo, and grilled scallions. Stopped at this place on a whim, and I’m glad we did. My husband and I got the Fire in the Hole Fries to share and they were yummy. They had great color and wonderful flavors. I ordered the Chicago dog and it was amazing, so colorful and pretty too! So many flavors going on with this dog. My husband got the Bacon Bomb Burger and this thing was massive! My eyes bugged out as they brought it to the table. The burger was a tad messy, but it was flavorful and juicy and the bun was soft and fluffy. The food came out fast and was hot and fresh. This place definitely did not disappoint and you get a lot of food for the money. We will be back!.

Food was good. Tried the Grilled vegetable salad. It was surprising. Vegetables were cold, but had been grilled. It was good, but different. Had the bologolgi burger it was good, but dripping in sauce making a sticky mess. I had thought the hamburger meat would have been marinated, however it tasted more like the it was top with bologolgi marinade after being made. All good, just different then expected. Fries were crispy and great.

Great place with a neighborhood feel. Great burgers! Fries were cooked well. Also had the pickled slaw with my Fire in the Hole burger.

Finally, a real taco shop!!! My husband and I moved out here from San Diego last summer and have been missing our local taco shop so much... we finally got around to trying this place out the other night and were so excited to find this hidden gem! Real, authentic Mexican food - not the Tex-Mex that so many restaurants serve in the area (which is also good in it's own way but different). Excellent carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, etc. Spicy carrots and pico de gallo at the salsa bar... this ex-Californian is so happy :) Excited to try out more of their menu as we continue to go. Thanks for bringing real Mexican food to Huntsville!.

There is always plenty of food for the money. Some other places just dont give you enough filling in the tacos. Ask for the spicy pork.

CHEF WILL THE PALATE REVIEWS

I come here at least once a month. Has off beat hours and it's not fast food but absolutely worth the wait. Don't let the prices scare you off, his portions are incredible and every dish will feed two people or last for two meals, I'm a healthy eater and can't finish one by myself. The teas are really tasty as well. It's really vegan centric but anyone can enjoy this food, I love meat but his meat substitutes hit the spot just as good as the real thing and with more flavor. Give him a shot if you happen to be in the area.

Absolutely delicious - tried the spinach dip wrap, the portabello wrap, and the pineapple T. All of it was so good. As others have said, Chef goes at his own pace so it can be a bit of a wait but totally worth it. Huge portions, wonderful food, good vibes.

Chef Will is amazing! He his charismatic and the experience was FANTASTIC! The food was next level and natural. If you are looking for a vegan or vegetarian experience give him a try!.
