From the pick up of your loved one , to the designing everything through the process , even allowing every single request to come true that you have, this is the place to go. Tom was fantastic to deal with. Sincerely cared about everything we wanted and honored every single detail to make it happen, along with every single emotion that comes with. Even after the services were complete still very responsive and respectful. He made this process as easy as it could be with losing a loved one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Planning a funeral and dealing with all the details, and paperwork that follows sucks. I appears that Heritage (Kristen Peterson was our funeral director - 7 stars) has decided to approach their business from the customer’s perspective. I don’t think there was a single issue or question I had, my wife, my FIL had where the answer wasn’t “we’ll handle that” or “that’s already been taken care of”. No one can make it a pleasure, but Kristen and Heritage (and to be clear, everyone we dealt with was first class) at least made it smooth and easy and everything went off without a hitch, so it was just a little less painful. Heritage Funeral Home and staff were so easy to work with. We were put in a situation where we had to choose & we got a winner in Heritage. Kristen was wonderful to work with- answering all our questions, offering advice when not knowing what to do, taking care of our loved one and all the details.
