Halley Olsen Chapel of the Valley

Our father recently passed away and we didn’t know our next steps… the hospital gave us a pamphlet that had names and numbers.. so we called and wow!! The only reasonable place was Halley Olsen Chapel of the Valley Mortuary! So made appointment. We met Jessica, she talked us through the whole process and she was so helpful and amazing. She did everything for us and on the day of Dad’s service was just beautiful.. we thank the Mortuary for having such a wonderful employee..

Our family had a great experience with Chapel of the Valley. From the moment we entered the building we were greeted by Tony. He is so attentive and compassionate . He had us sat down and we went over prices for a burial service. We felt he took his time with us and later we scheduled our appointment to finalize paperwork. The whole process went smooth. We felt peace in choosing this place for our mother’s services. We will definitely recommend Chapel of the Valley to our friends and family.

The Aftercare service provided by Cassie was very much appreciated at this difficult time. She was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Her follow up email provides a great resource for everything we discussed. I really appreciate the assistance she has provided in dealing with all the necessities.
