Our AC broke when it was 114 degrees outside, and we were desperate for help. Stephen came out promptly and did a quick diagnostic. I was fearing the worst since I have an older unit, but he told me it was just a fuse that needed to be replaced. The total cost was less than $300. He even went the extra mile and hosed down the unit outside for better AC performance. Very professional, friendly, and honest service. I will definitely use his service again in the future and refer him to all my friends.

Fantastic service provided. We were very happy with response time and service quality. Steven took his time to make sure our heating unit was in working order, replaced the part needed quickly and the house is heating now. Thank you again! Would definitely recommend.

I got the mini splits and I am 100% satisfied. Cool works great, heat works great. The workmanship from Stephen and Diego is stellar.

So browsing through Google for venders to have our office heater and air repaird I came across George gave him a call and he was here the next morning with a free quote. Great price and was approved to start work immediately. They did not have the part we needed for repair but was out the very next day to have installed. Everything works better than it was before and gave helpful tips too before leaving.. Great Customer Service! Thx again.. You got yourself put on our company vendor list for not only us but for the other two stores here in palmdale.

My husband was ready to strangle me when I told him I had our A/C repaired by a professional instead of waiting for him to find time to fix it. Well, he took one look at the bill and threw his arms around me and then he even took me out to dinner! George, you ROCK.

I own some rental properties and I have been ripped off before by AC/Heating companies in LA. I'm really glad I found Joe and his company as his prices are very reasonable and most importantly he is very honest. I have no plans to use anyone else besides Patterson Air.

Very professional, knowledgable, quality crafstmanship, and reasonably priced. Will take care of what you need without selling you something you dont. Will be referring Joe to friends and family.

AMAZING, I called Patterson and they came out to my house in 30 minutes. price was half of other companies and Joe gave me the whole run down on my A\C system.
