Susan Rodgers was AMAZING. I walked in after a long hot day of moving into our newly renovated home and she greeted me with a smile. I told her I had to have a couch ASAP to use while we waited for our custom furniture delivery 8 weeks out and it would be used for the kids' playroom eventually. I explained EXACTLY what I was looking for including price point. She took me immediately to see ALL my options. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and made me feel extremely confident in my purchase. We processed the order less than an hour after I walked in. Will def shop with her in the future.
Went to City Furniture to purchase a sofa with my wife. Matt was there to greet us. Matt was extremely friendly and helpful. We took us directly to the sofa we had seen on the web. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and in no time, we had purchased the sofa. Great atmosphere and friendly staff made our trip to the store very productive.
CT Taylor in the Palm Beach Gardens store was super nice, efficient and we had my mother's in-stock bedroom and dinette pieces selected and reserved in the blink of an eye. She knows her product lines very well. Thank you CT!
