Steve Cury and his team did an extraordinary job managing our complex condo gut renovation. The project began during Covid and had to comply with building work rules which limited construction to the summer months. As a result, the project spanned two summers, but Steve and team were able to split the work into two stages, allowing us to enjoy the apartment during the intervening winter. With the installation of custom molding throughout and special touches including a fireplace, the work was extensive, the the end result is spectacular.

Steve is a genuine and honest contractor. He became part of the family as we built our house for two years. He is still accessible if anything that comes up. His office was always responsive to all our questions. My wife is an interior designer and he worked well with her and her wishes. He was very fair through out the process.
