My salesperson Adeel at Arlington, TX store was great. He greeted me door and asked if I needed assistance. I told him I wanted to look at bedroom furniture. He showed me how the pricing signs worked and asked if I would like for him to show me around. I declined and he let me look around without hovering at all. When I had selected what I wanted he was nearby and walked me through everything I needed to know. He showed me some upgrades without being pushy whatsoever. If I said no he dropped it, but helped me to find everything I didn't even know I wanted. Very pleased with shopping experience.

Shout out to Joseph Van Lew for his EXCELLENT customer service skills and professionalism. He listened intentionally to our furniture preferences and showed us a variety of options specific to what we were looking for. He never tried to oversell us nor show us anything outside of what we were looking for. Our positive experience far exceeded what we encountered at another Rooms to Go location. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this location and shopping with Joseph!
