It was very pleasurable. We went to mattress firm on 20 service Road and spoke with Jasmine and she explained that the systems were down but she called and spoke with Randy her spouse and let him know that we were interested in looking for mattresses. She told us how to get there and they both were very knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel like they cared about our concerns. When we got there, Randy was waiting, the experience was just awesome. They both did a wonderful job and Randy gave us every option available to help us get the mattress we wanted.

My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress and I read the reviews of this store so decided to stop in and check it out. It was a Friday afternoon and we were greeted by a salesman, Tony Martinez. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Also, he wasn't pushy at all. He allowed us time to go around and check all the different beds. And there was a huge selection. We narrowed it down to two different ones and Tony gave great feedback and info on warranties and such. Needless to say we purchased a Stearns and Foster and it was a great experience.

Tony and Randy were very knowledgeable about each product. We appreciate all the extra effort they put into making our purchase a smooth process Thank you both.

SLEEP NUMBER REVIEWS

I been wanting one of these beds for awhile now so i called and they were having a sale. It was super easy and did everything over the phone and they even got me set up where I got approved for their in store credit card and gave me 2 years with no interest payments. Riley assisted me through everything and got me set up with delivery and let me know if im not satisfied with the mattress after a 100 nights then i can return it no questions asked. The customer service was on point. Thank you Riley.

We had our previous sleep number for over ten years and loved it. Upgraded to a newer model and couldn't be happier. The staff at were extremely helpful even though we knew exactly what we wanted. We were in the area for a soccer tournament and they opened up the store ten minutes early to help get us out faster. They did not try to upsell us anything, They listened to what we wanted and showed us the options we asked for. Definitely happy with the whole experience.

Taylor is a bomb salesperson. He knows the product and is very helpful and thorough! The store is conveniently located, clean and organized! Thank you Taylor for always being so helpful.

After I gave him a clear indication of what I was liking for and my price range, he was able to find me the right mattress, pillow and the shipping cost all for under my budget! I would highly recommend Mattress Firm for anybody looking for great service. It also didn’t hurt that I went during their President’s Day sale.

When I tell you Brent is one of the best sales person we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The plan was to go to different stores to price mattresses but Brent was so helpful and really took time with us that we decided to look no further.
