Carl helped. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Considerate of our needs. I really like that he allowed us to browse a bit to see what we liked. Very helpful in helping us to configure our layout. Was not “high pressure” with pressure sales tactics. Just wanted to help. Gave us great info and was able to point us in the right directions as we tried to decide. He was also very polite to our daughter - a gentleman. Our experiences at competing stores was not as good. Carl provided a great sales experience. I will certainly recommend Rooms To Go.

My wife and I went shopping for a new sectional sofa and had had plans to visit multiple stores and we were ready to purchase. We went to Rooms to Go first and we were able to find several sofas we agreed upon, normally a trip to a furniture store is followed by a trip to the therapist so this was going well. While we were thinking about which sofa to buy we were looking at adjustable beds. The salesman Bennett showed us the most amazing bed setup we had ever seen and we were hooked. Bennett was very professional and knowledgeable and showed us every adjustable bed setup in every price range and also helped us go through the sofas we liked. We were very happy with Bennett. We ended up getting a beautiful sofa and a premium adjustable bed frame and mattress. It was a surprisingly nice experience.

Extremely professional and friendly. Jeremy made us feel like we had all the assistance we needed, without feeling pressured. Every other furniture place made us feel smothered, but Jeremy was helpful from a distance. Great financing options, and an amazing selection. I would give 6 stars if I could.
