Optimal Garage Doors

There was a severe power outage damaging garage door opener. Optimal came out & replaced the circuit boards which appeared damaged in an attempt to repair the unit. He tried all he could to get it working. But the inner mechanism was damaged beyond repair. He then did a full assessment of the door & opener operating system. He then returned a couple of days later with the new unit. He installed it, it sounds smooth & works efficiently. A great experience.

Matt was very helpful and showed up on time, communicated with me 30 minutes prior to arrival, gave me 3 options and helped me get my door working again and much quieter. I would recommend them to anyone.
