Erin was very professional and detailed in her inspection. She took the time to explain things and break down the priorities for us in an easy to understand manner. Report came back quickly and was very comprehensive. Elite overall was also very accommodating in helping us to schedule an inspection so that we would comply with the tight timing of our transaction. Communication was clear and expectations for their service was laid out very clearly. Bill was an excellent inspector! He showed up early and began inspecting the outside. He was very thorough in his report. He was great about answering any questions that I had, and he talked me through any repairs I might consider doing. He walked me around the property and showed me my electric panel and water shut offs. I respected his opinions. He was be knowledgeable. I would definitely call him again.
