Steven Clark was our technician. Called with what turned out to be an exact eta! I took his recommended repair suggestion and everything is working smoothly and quietly. Steven was kind, explained everything thoroughly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He completed the job in the estimated amount of time and did not go over budget. 5 star, would recommend!
