The Garage Doctor

We moved into a new home and the garage door opener looked like it was ancient. I found the Garage Doctor on Reddit and they have great reviews. I called them up and they had appointments for later in the week. Mike and Aaron came out on time and with great communication. They reviewed everything with me up front. They replaced the opener and serviced the rollers. They checked the age of the spring and door and gave solid advice about future replacement. Mike took the time to explain how to maintain and lubricate the system. Everything cost as was quoted at the beginning. I highly recommend the Garage Doctor for all your garage door needs!

This was the 3rd or 4th visit and each time The Garage Doctor has been amazing to work with. This is true from the time I called. Friendly and knowledgeable help initially by Brittany all the way to the follow-up emails. On this trip, Mike was promptly dispatched to replace a broken spring on our aged door. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. Most importantly, you could tell that he took pride in both his work and his company.

The Garage Doctor was great. He came out in the middle of a storm and didn’t even charge me a fee to look at the damage since I was going to follow through with the work. Communication was really good they came on time and did the work seamlessly. Highly recommend them!
