I just had a great call with Destiny. My husband and I have really enjoyed using these storage units, but since we're moving, we needed to cancel our storage unit. Destiny was incredibly helpful and walked me through the cancellation process step by step. She was incredibly kind!.

Alan and Kayla were super helpful, friendly, and thorough. They walked us through the details of the agreement, answered questions, and showed us how to enter the facilities, get to our storage unit, and use the lock. All up great customer service!.

Destiny is fantastic!! She’s super helpful and answered all of my questions that I had for her. Next time I need a storage unit, I’m definitely coming back!!.

I’ve been renting a unit at this Public Storage location for almost a year now, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The facility is always clean, well maintained, and secure. The standout, however, has been one of the staff members, Mike. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. Anytime he’s on the property, he’s working hard to keep everything clean and running smoothly, which really shows. This has easily been the best storage experience I’ve had not just with Public Storage, but compared to any storage facility overall.

Julie, Alyse They were so helpful And their Customer service Was outstanding and they explained everything perfect. Loved my experience With these two awesome knowledgeable ladies ..Great job And look forward to being a customer at self storage. Thank you Both so much!!.

Nice clean place, pricing is reasonable. Only 4 stars because carts are too small and wobbly, they are a little difficult for us "old folks". People have all been very nice, helpful and kind. Would recommend.

GUARDIAN STORAGE WESTMINSTER REVIEWS

We are about to move into a new unit that’s a little smaller than our current place so we decided to get a storage unit rather than try to crunch everything into the smaller unit. We put Guardian at the top of our list because of the good reviews and I’m glad we did. Jordan is so friendly and so helpful, working with us to figure out exactly what we needed. He was excellent and the customer service was so great that we immediately chose to go with them. The facility is clean and easy accessible. No complaints or concerns at all. Definitely check them out if you need a unit!.

Getting our storage unit set up was quick and painless with Sam & Tom. They worked together as a team to get me in and out during a busy moving week. Sam even helped save me a little money with picking a different but equally nice unit. I highly recommend this place for storing your stuff. The place is clean and well secured.

Tom was super friendly and very helpful. I needed a larger storage unit with better drive-up access, and he took care of it right away.
