I just had a great call with Destiny. My husband and I have really enjoyed using these storage units, but since we're moving, we needed to cancel our storage unit. Destiny was incredibly helpful and walked me through the cancellation process step by step. She was incredibly kind!.

Alan and Kayla were super helpful, friendly, and thorough. They walked us through the details of the agreement, answered questions, and showed us how to enter the facilities, get to our storage unit, and use the lock. All up great customer service!.

Destiny is fantastic!! She’s super helpful and answered all of my questions that I had for her. Next time I need a storage unit, I’m definitely coming back!!.

I had an excellent experience getting a storage unit here. The representative Dolly was extremely helpful. She spent time showing me how to get to my unit and how to use the lift to load and unload my things. She was very friendly and patient with me asking questions. She is very knowledgeable about the facility and is very friendly and approachable. She will make sure you are comfortable when moving your things. Dolly is great, thank you kindly Dolly!!!.

The staff is very nice. Pricing is the best I found at the time in the Huntington Beach area. Tip. Check for online pricing and deals! Units are clean. Plenty of cameras which makes me feel that my belongings are secure. Would recommend.

Customer service is excellent thank you. I will recommend cubesmart Westminster to my friends and family. Ernest and Dolly are best on what they do.

We are about to move into a new unit that’s a little smaller than our current place so we decided to get a storage unit rather than try to crunch everything into the smaller unit. We put Guardian at the top of our list because of the good reviews and I’m glad we did. Jordan is so friendly and so helpful, working with us to figure out exactly what we needed. He was excellent and the customer service was so great that we immediately chose to go with them. The facility is clean and easy accessible. No complaints or concerns at all. Definitely check them out if you need a unit!.

Getting our storage unit set up was quick and painless with Sam & Tom. They worked together as a team to get me in and out during a busy moving week. Sam even helped save me a little money with picking a different but equally nice unit. I highly recommend this place for storing your stuff. The place is clean and well secured.

Tom was super friendly and very helpful. I needed a larger storage unit with better drive-up access, and he took care of it right away.
