Austin is a great trainer! Asked me about goals in mind, gave me new exercises to try and offered great advice. He was very patient and took a sincere interest in my long term goals and outside the gym sports/activities, and ways to improve them. Overall it's a great gym!! (Little things, wished the headphone Jack's for the TV's worked on the bikes and treadmills, and wish they wouldn't occasionally run out of soap and paper towels).

I would like to recognize Chris, for been a great asset to the 24 hours company. He is always great at motivating everyone to have good work out and has an amazing attitude and creates a great atmosphere. Thank you Chris for being a great employee and always making us feel welcome.

Great gym! There is parking structure always has parking. The bathrooms are not bad mostly clean. Gym and equipment are in working condition. I'm here daily and you can just drop in a class without booking in advance(some).
