Ruby, Rocky, the manager, and all of the other staff are amazing. I’m very new to exercising and I have difficulty following the instructions but the staff are so helpful. The trainers have helped me so much and are very patient with me. They have helped me use the app and the arm band monitor. They answer my questions and are just excellent at making people feel comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about the staff.
There is always a variety of workouts that are both challenging and achievable. There are different levels of each exercise to accommodate everyone from novice athletes to very advanced athletes. The coaches are always energetic and inspiring, and their enthusiasm is contagious.
Great classes , great coaches . Helps me keep fit both physically and emotionally. I love orange theory for that !
