VIBE YOGA REVIEWS

Went in and explained that I wanted instructors who are more attentive and who would help correct my movements. Also wanted to start off with slower pace classes first. Elana recommended a list of classes that I could attend and encouraged me to get to class earlier and reiterate my request for correction of movements to the instructors. Worked out great and I enjoyed the sessions. When I accidentally signed up for a more advanced class, Elana caught that and called me to advise that the class did not really correspond to my stated intention. She was very supportive and encouraged me to try the class which turned out to be a very tough class but it gave me a good workout. I was impressed that even though she has many students, she remembered my requirements and took the time to call me. The website is well organized and that helped me decide on selecting Elana's studio when I was surfing for studios to attend. Overall, the instructors are very good, the people are friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. I will be attending many more sessions here.

Vibe Yoga is phenomenal. The ambiance is welcoming, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they create an environment where you feel welcome and safe. I recently had the pleasure of taking Ashtanga with Tyler and Tori on two separate occasions, with Tyler being the most recent. I was the only one in the class and upon realizing this he asked if I was comfortable with him joining alongside me. It was a great experience and a great way to start my day. I look forward to many more classes to come! I cannot recommend this studio more.

Nancy is amazing, very knowledgeable and thoughtful. She builds our practice week after week and really cares about her class, I love that she walks around and helps during class.

YOGASIX HENDERSON REVIEWS

This morning, I took a slow flow yoga class, and it was exactly what I needed. Although yoga is always a challenge for me personally, this class was both accessible and stimulating. Alicia provided helpful modifications for poses where I needed extra support, as well as options to challenge myself where I wanted. Her soothing voice and thoughtful reflections made for a deeply relaxing shavasana. I’ll definitely be back.

I had been away for several months due to achilles repair and tendon transfer surgery, so I was a little anxious for my 1st class back. Christopher was absolutely amazing , and so helpful to show me some adjustments. Thanks for a wonderful class, see you again very soon.

Thank you YogaSix (Henderson)! Had an amazing hot yoga workout with Nathan and enjoyed the visit. The billboard was thoughtful and appreciated! Will be back for sure.

Been taking Cambria’s class on Wednesday evenings at 6pm and truly have been feeling such a boost for my body and overall energy. She is full of knowledge and brings an element of dance and passion for fitness into her classes. She has made me realize that my body is capable of so much power and pushes her students in ways that is gentle yet rewarding. I absolutely love her music choices and the ways of structure as well. I feel I am always growing as a better me when taking her classes and I am excited to continue this journey! Also to mention, this studio itself is beautiful!! The owner is super sweet and you can tell she has put so much love into her establishment.

I've been to 2 classes now at Lotus Studio and have loved each one! A high energy dance class and a gentle restorative yoga class with GG which was absolutely perfect for a true beginner like myself. The studio itself is gorg with the tallest ceilings you've ever seen, and amazing natural light flowing in. Plus a courtyard for fresh air - hello! Ive also chatted several times with the owner and she is genuinely so sweet. Super patient when both my mom and I had some tech issues signing up before class. Will def be back on the regular!.

I absolutely LOVED taking Cambria’s class at this studio! Her energy and positive vibes are like no other. Walking in I felt completely at home, the owner was so lovely to chat with. This is such a beautiful place to come and zen out or get a good pump up session. Can’t wait to go back!.
