PRESQUE ISLE STATE PARK REVIEWS
What a beautiful day we had. We had no idea what we have been missing. So relaxing. First time there and we will be back. Hiking, biking and of all types 9f boats and bikes to rent. Beaches are many and clean, life guards are strick which is wonderful. Beautiful day we saw so many sailing, canoeing, camping, kayaking and paddle boarding. There is much to do and so little time. Highly recommend.
Lots of great things to do here, from trails to boating to flying kites and hanging on the beach. This area has a ton of recreational activities. The beach is nice and clean and even though there was a lot of activity it was not crowded at all. Highly recommend.
Lots of space, good beaches and bike/walking trails. Very windy in March!

WINTERGREEN GORGE REVIEWS
What a beautiful place! I was in town visiting some friends and they brought us here. So let me preface with saying that I am a big city girl and not one to go hiking nor am I “outdoorsy” so know that this is not my area of expertise. That said, the trail we went through was not too difficult, plenty of little pebbles were one can get their footing and not fall on mud. We walked down to the creek and took in the sights. Truly a beautiful place and enjoyed every second of this experience. One thing to keep in mind though, the parking situation is a little tricky, so just come prepared with that in mind. Aside from that, I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
Nice place for a short easy hike. Nice trail through the forest. The best for me was going up Four Mile Creek. Very scenic. The creek water level was low so the waterfalls were small and slow flowing. I plan to return after some heavy rains or in the spring runoff to really appreciate the falls. Very enjoyable day. Many families were also enjoying the creek and the kids were have fun in the many swim holes.
Free public access hiking trail on the grounds of Penn State Behrend. Well maintained with a fantastic view from the top of the 'Devils Backbone'. The bottom of the gorge features dramatic cliffs and beautiful forest.

ASBURY WOODS REVIEWS
We hiked two trails - a longer one near the farm that went along the creek and over some bridges, and a short, stroller friendly one near the education center - and both were beautiful and well maintained. My family also loved the education center. My son especially enjoyed getting to see the bees in their hive and spotting the animals. It's a great place, and we'll definitely be back!
I went with a friend to try out snowshoeing together. What a fabulous time. We had a blast, took the class and did a guided walk. Once completed we took one trail together for a short hike before returning our snowshoes. The trails were beautiful and well travelled. Staff was knowledgeable, kind, and eager to help. I know I will return for future visits.
Great place to visit and enjoy the trails. Highly managed and well mapped trails. Amazing to being young kids.
