Spent two nights here and had a good time. The rolling plains make for an easy but breezy hike well-suited to beginning hikers. The prairie dog residents make for a unique campsite and the facilities are well kept. Disc golf is available along with free rentals. Overall: Friendly staff, quiet park, good fishing and plenty of trail.

There is a large hill that you can climb that offers a nice view of the lake and nearby city. There is plenty of open space to kick a soccer ball around or throw frisbees. Over all a nice park.
