The parking lot is located directly off Colima Rd. and is surrounded by iron gates adorned with animals. The Trailhead begins paved, but most of the track is a dirt fire road, making it ideal for running or off-road strollers. During springtime, the hills in this area are adorned with beautiful wildflowers. At the bottom of the hill is a lovely forested area waiting to be explored. However, please note that the parking area is near the top of the hill, so you must trek towards the end of the circular trail.
