I enjoyed being here very much! You can walk around inside the marsh and enjoy the view of the wildlife, (which is to be respected and left alone) on a small trail that takes you around in a loop. Some areas are marked off, so you have to go around them. I hear you can hear frogs at night from the staff. They do give you a small little tour, inside their building, which feels like a small museum. You can read about the wildlife on their signs, and I feel it's good for anyone, especially kids!
A very nice place to spend your morning walk at. Quiet and peaceful with a lot of trees and flowers. We saw some ducks, geese, hummingbirds and red robins. We spent about an hour there. Kid friendly. A lot of parking spaces (we got there at around 10am). Nice staffs and it's FREE. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Outstanding preserve in the middle of a city. Unexpected and beautiful. There were many birds and flowers. There were several lakes with ducks and geese. Outstanding.
