$3.00 parking fee sold by machine per car. Trails combined easy, moderate, and difficult levels. You can choose the trail based on your own physical strength. Not very shady so it can be very hot for both humans and pets. Make sure to bring enough water with you. Views along the trails are generally nice.
Excellent place for a hike, run or walk. You're definitely able to choose your level of difficulty. I highly recommend you get here at 7am to avoid the crowds as it does get pretty full on weekends. Big dogs will do great but smaller dogs will struggle on the way up and down.
Explore this 5.9 miles loop trail with 623 ft elevation gain near Villa Park. It's a moderate, challenging route with an average 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete. The trail is open year-round and dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.
