ORANGE COUNTY ZOO REVIEWS

This is a nice zoo for the family. It is very small, but for $2 a person over 12 years old can't go wrong. We had a good time getting to see all the different animals. The black panther stole the show. The zoo staff was very friendly and answered any questions the kiddos had. There is also a petting zoo that only has goats, but the kids enjoyed grabbing a brush and getting to brush the goats. There is also a nature center next to the zoo that's also worth visiting. We also enjoyed lunch in the lunch benches outside the zoo. There are plenty of tables under the shady trees.

This zoo surprisingly had a variety of exotic animals and it was cool to see. Getting in was only 2-3 dollars which is extremely cheap for a zoo and they have a lot of different big cats like mountain lions and panthers including a black panther. They also only take animals that wouldn't be able to survive on their own in the wild and help them to either recover or just live a long happy life. For the cheap price and amazing animals I would definitely recommend going here.

Came back to the Zoo for the first time since pandemic and couldn't believe how much it was improved. Now they have mountain lions, jaguar, panther, porcupine... And you can actually see the animals. Mountain lion was playing with a coconut, looked pretty happy. Place is nice and clean.

HILBERT MUSEUM OF CALIFORNIA ART REVIEWS

The Hilbert Museum is simply outstanding. A world class museum. The art is beautiful and well displayed. The watercolors paintings are my favorite. It’s California themed. Nice cafe. Outstanding staff. The small compound makes navigating simple and enjoyable. Again, the art is simply beautiful. Most say it takes about 90 minutes to view; however we were viewing and enjoying the docent chats and stayed 2 1/2 hours and I will return. I met the founder of the museum, Mr Mark Hilbert. A true gentleman; and his authentic spirit reflects his museum and art in downtown Orange. Absolutely a gem. You can walk in without a reservation OR you can make a reservation. Regardless of the time you select, your reservation will be honored all day. By making a reservation it helps the museum achieve Art grants. So, make a reservation. the museum is FREE and a parking structure is available nearby.

Loved this museum experience. Great art selection and everyone there is amazing and passionate about being there. I was also lucky enough to meet two of the artists as well as Mark Hilbert. I've been twice in two weeks and excited to continue to visit and see new exhibits. There are two buildings and lots to see. No reservation required but you can reserve online if preferred.

Beautiful place to visit went on Saturday, reservation was made on their website, easy to navigate. You can also walk in. This was a pleasant experience, had the chance to see multiple art from different artist. magnificent work of art. Clean facility they have restrooms inside if needed. Staff is very informative on anything that they display. Will come again.

HART PARK REVIEWS

Great place to go for a quick run whether you're looking to run east or west this parks trails will take you there. One cool thing about Hart Park is the trail that goes under glassell st and the 22 bride on over to Santiago Park in city of Santa Ana. I highly recommend taking someone with if u decide to take that trail. Towards the back of the park I love the uphill action towards the football field. The park is always being maintained by groundskeepers. Ideal location for BBQ.

The baseball diamond is a true hidden gym. You wouldn't know from the main street it was even there. I've driven past the park dozens of times. I see why it's the home field for Orange Lutheran baseball. Great facility with wonderful amenities. Parking is limited for game day so arrive early.

This park is a nice green park, and is very well maintained. A little bit of homeless people under the bridges nearby, and this is access for the Santiago Creek Trail.
