he hike was moderate difficulty because of the elevation. We did the 6+ mile hike up following the electrical towers and down the backside to the reservoir. It is really beautiful in the rear side heading to the reservoir. Very lush. It's great to have a good hiking trail just locally. You don't have to drive so far away to find a gorgeous scenic trail and just enjoy mother nature.
Fantastic area for hiking - close to the suburbs of the South Bay, but still feels quiet and a place to find your own space. There’s every type of walk - from short strolls, to tougher hikes up onto the ridge with expansive views of the Bay. You can even park up and hike up to Pinchetti Winery - so you can feel like you’ve earned that glass of wine!
