We used Sheffield to build our home and had a great experience. They were very detailed during the design process and then through the build. House has finished ahead of schedule and turned out beautifully. They have also been very helpful with little issues that have come up since we moved in. Would definitely build with Sheffield again.

Remington Homes is hands-down by far the best local family owned homebuilder in Colorado!! I’ve had the privilege of buying two properties from them in Arvada and now Wheat Ridge. I’ve had superior customer service throughout the home building process. No matter what community you’re looking at their sales team is here to help, from selecting the perfect location and then going through a professional design process that fits your needs. I was impressed by their constant communication from their sales and construction team regarding the stages of construction. I was also very impressed with the quality of the home build. If you’re looking for a five star local home builder in Colorado, you’ve reached the right one.

Our family had a very smooth process with Remington homes. We had a little trouble replacing a few things, but overall it was a good experience building our home. We have lived in our house now for five years and we are still very happy. It is a high-quality built home. I have been to many other custom-built homes and still feel Remington builds one of the best.

NSCS is very easy to work with, they are very matter-of-fact (no BS), yet are also willing to take the time to explain things and review your options. They proactively communicate and let you know about upcoming decisions/deadlines that need to be made.

My wife and I had Nelson and Son build our dream home in the Colorado Mountains. Despite many challenges we ran into building in the mountains they always had a cost-effective solution. We love our new home. Highly recommend.
