Cari came to our home today to look at some warranty claims. Although we talked to here several time and corresponded through email this was our first time meeting her. She was very friendly and respectful and very professional. She has really gone above and beyond helping us with a few warranty issues. I have the best deck in Golden. It’s absolutely beautiful. The quality of work and the materials are top-notch. The work was done efficiently and on-time. And it was easy from the preliminary planning to quote to execution and clean-up. Communication was awesome. I have already recommended Nelson & Son Construction to others and would not hesitate to have them do future work for me. I love the deck and Clay and Luke were very easy to work with.
