SHEFFIELD HOMES REVIEWS

We contracted Sheffield to rebuild our home after the Marshall Fire. This is the only scenario where we would have built a custom home, and it was complex under the circumstances, but we are very happy with the final result Sheffield worked with us to build a custom home with features we have never had previously and we are happy with the design, quality, features, and finishes in our new. The foremen we worked with were outstanding and very customer focused (Lee and Felipe). We appreciated the advice and insights as we navigated both the design and build process. Mariana was a great project manager and we appreciate the the cost consciousness and willingness to manage trade-space on cost and design as we weighed various design options. Overall our experience with Sheffield was a positive one and we have a beautiful home.

As a Marshall fire survivor, I am so happy to work with Sheffield. The pre-contruction preparation took about one year, but Sheffield managed the house rebuild in 10 months with great condition. Nicole and Jason are great to work with. They certainly addressed our concerns and questions during/after the construction in a time manner. We have been back home about an year, we didn't see any significant problem of the house.

What a wonderful experience we had! Never thought I would say that when it comes to construction. David did an outstanding job for us. We were located out of state while entrusting then to build out our basement. They were so easy to work with. They don’t cut corners and work efficiently the entire time. These photos were taken during the process, not at the finish. But it shows how clean they work, and how beautiful their craft is.

I had the pleasure of representing two separate clients in their purchases of new homes by Remington at Parkview in Golden. Both my clients and I were thoroughly impressed with the design, quality, and finishes of their homes. Beyond that, the service provided by Remington’s team was truly exceptional. Having represented numerous clients in new construction purchases—and having bought new homes myself—I can confidently say that the professionalism, respect, and genuine enthusiasm of the sales team, Holly and Cathy, along with construction superintendent Jim, set a new standard. Their dedication and support made this the best experience I’ve ever had in new home construction.

Cari came to our home today to look at some warranty claims. Although we talked to here several time and corresponded through email this was our first time meeting her. She was very friendly and respectful and very professional. She has really gone above and beyond helping us with a few warranty issues. We love our Remington home and with employees like her it’s no wonder.

We love our new Remington townhome. The entire team at Remington has been great to work with and overall we have had a fantastic experience.

I have the best deck in Golden. It’s absolutely beautiful. The quality of work and the materials are top-notch. The work was done efficiently and on-time. And it was easy from the preliminary planning to quote to execution and clean-up. Communication was awesome. I have already recommended Nelson & Son Construction to others and would not hesitate to have them do future work for me. I love the deck and Clay and Luke were very easy to work with.
