I would not only recommend Don Mills to build your home, I would have him build another for me. I visited area builders construction sites and open houses for a two year period before choosing Don and Annette as my contractor. They are professional, organized, timely and very knowledgeable about the entire construction process which made my building experience enjoyable and not stressful.

Don and Annette built a beautiful, high quality home for us! They partnered on everything from the great floor plan to the colors and fixtures resulting in a home we love and are very proud of. We’re now in a larger home but our utility bills are less than half what they were at our last house – that is a strong testament to the quality of a Don Mills home.

We were living in NY while our house in Summerfield was being built by Don Mills Builders. Don, along with his wife Annette, could not have been more professional and helpful. They made the entire process stress free and we could not be happier with the quality of the work that Don Mills did. We love our home and are truly thankful to Don and Annette for a job well done.

Everyone at Maness homes went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the materials used. We loved that Matt took time to work with us on the design of our home until it was exactly as we wanted it to be. Being able to see him change the design in real time was a plus. And, they don’t forget about their customers after the sale. We’ve contacted them with questions several times and they are always happy to help.

We met Matt Maness at the Parade of Homes last year and we were very impressed with him, his floor plan with no wasted space, and his green design. I challenged Matt to design a special feature for our kitchen that he had never done before and wow! He exceeded my expectations - I’m thrilled with the result. Our home is stunning! Maness Homes- great design, great value, great team to work with.
