New Beginnings Construction & Remodeling

We needed subfloor repair in our old Cape Cod home in sunroom/studio. NB did subfloor inspection then installed and sanded yellow pine plank flooring. We finished the floor ourselves. Additional damage under the exterior door threshold became evident in the middle of the project which required a new door install to fix. NB scheduled us in two days to help us stay on target with our floor finishing. Excellent workmanship and guidance throughout the project. Subcontractors were top-notch.

Nate Goen, the owner, was really patient with me and took the time necessary to explain to me how Insurance Claims worked for repairing a huge first floor water damage problem. He was was always professional and always returned phone calls! He had Mike Bailey take over the project and Mike had an eye for detail, making sure all the subs did a great job! He always informed me of the progress and any delays that occurred. Mike was very professional and courteous!! I highly recommend New Beginnings Construction! We are so Happy with the final results!!

We were impressed with the professional and courteous manner of Nate and Robert from day one. Then James and his crew were reliable, punctual, and efficient once the work started. They even patiently worked around us while we lived there during the renovations! They installed flooring and a sliding door, painted, and renovated our master bathroom. The quality of the work was top-notch. This was our first time working with a crew for home remodeling and they went above and beyond our expectations.
