I own a home at Brighton, thanks to Jodi! She was so easy and comfortable to talk to. She addressed any concerns and questions we had. She kept us updated every step of the way. Patty was a great help at the design centre. Any issues we had, the team was on it! I am beyond blessed with the neighbourhood! Everyone is friendly and waves. Holidays are aimed to have fun things planned for the kids! Plenty of cameras around to keep unwanted people away. Everyone looks out for one another.

I love working with the SJV Home buyers at our Design Center in Visalia. Helping a family choose their favorite finishes is fun and exciting for them. It’s really awesome when a homeowner’s vision comes together. The look in their eyes when they step into their new home and see the results is so rewarding.
