Updated Review: Job date June 2023 We just had A&E Heating ( they bought Clawson) do an A/C install on our existing forced air system. Let me tell you, they did a great job. The crew showed up on time. Ruben, Nick, and Zach were top notch dudes. They knew exactly what needed to be done and got after it. There was also at one point where a change to the plan needed to be done. And Ruben explained to me way and showed me the fix before starting it. I really appreciated that. You can tell all three of those guys care about their trade. All in all I would highly recommend this company to do anything heating and cooling related. Thanks!

The office staff at Clawson was so friendly and helpful and the service call was excellent. I felt the repair man ‘Phillip’ was respectful, explained things well and had integrity. As it turned out, he able to repair my furnace while he was here. When I need a bigger job in the future, I will definitely use this company. Thank you so much! Christine

I had a few estimates and Sky beat them all out. That was definitely what got them in the door. But the crew and all of their work was fantastic. The electrical work alone made me so happy!!! We had been waiting years to update our electrical panel and always assumed it was going to be so expensive. Now we have additional outlets in all of the rooms and no more popping the panels when we have too many things plugged in. Braxton and his crew were professional, fast and thorough. Then came the HVAC team, another set of professional guys that did a great job and cleaned everything up when they left. These guys are the best. Thank you!

They were super easy and fast to schedule a time to do a site check and quote for a whole home back up generator. Braxton, who came out, was on time and extremely helpful and professional. One of the best experiences with a contractor/ service provider I’ve had.

COMFORT CONNECTION REVIEWS

This is the most experienced crew of HVAC people I've ever encountered. I'm not going to name names here (except Steven who is the owner of the company), but here's what happened at our house in Welches: A tech showed up to check out our 2009 Bryant heat pump, and the thing sounded like a train wreck when the tech tried to restart it. Replacing the compressor in that outdoor unit wasn't an option. Steven recommended replacing everything with Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat mini splits. The crew installed 3 Mitsubishi outdoor units and 6 indoor in just two days. Then, they came back to remove all of the old system a few days later. Another thing: I am really impressed with how these guys try to minimize the "gutters" that you run mini-split line-sets through. This is a very talented crew, and I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Austin, Daniel and this entire company. Everybody we have worked with has been great! They have been extremely professional, friendly, and prompt. They patiently answered all of our questions, gave us the most reasonable quote, and booked and completed our service right away. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Well, if I would need any work to be done with furnace or water heater, I would call Comfort Connection. They saved my Christmas, installing new furnace. From first conversation to completing the order it was less than 24 hours!! And it was on December 24!!!! I am very thankful to all crew for such a great work!
