He was clean, clean cut and dressed in a smart uniform.. he wore little booties when he was in the house to protect my floors. He explained the things he was doing and why he was doing them. Emiliano came out today and serviced the water heater as part of the subscription, completed a safety inspection, and fixed a leaky faucet that I wasn't aware of. Yes, there was water in the cabinet, and green slime on the valve. Thank you again for your professionalism. I hope not to see you again for plumbing until next year because of your fine inspection. By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with an air conditioning company. I had another company give me a quote on a repair and it was astronomical. Yes I have an older system. But a fan capacitor was all I needed for the system to be running again. Mitchell explained all of the issues and what was going on with my system. I may need some repairs in the future, but certainly not as much as what the other company wanted to do which was replaced the entire system.
