I've had a very positive experience with Advent Air. Daniel Martinez was the technician who came out to help with a diagnosis and repair of my air conditioning system and he had done an outstanding job. Daniel is detail oriented and demonstrates a focus on the quality of his work which is something I deeply appreciated. He was thorough in his analysis and was able to explain everything to me in the process as well. He was able to identify and fix an issue with the capacitor quickly and had also helped to fix a wiring issue from the original installation that had caused the condenser fan to run in the wrong direction. He was also very thorough in his analysis of the system in the attic as well to ensure that the air flow was working correctly. Everything on my air condition system is working really well again and I am glad that there are awesome technicians like Daniel who take such care in the quality of their work.

Very professional, arrived timely. Did not hurry through maintenance. Willing to take time to answer all my concerns. After completion of visit, I was given results of testing on paper, and recommendations for upgrades in the future. A very positive experience. Thank you John Lee.
