Bless Kenneth Mills. He showed up very late in the evening. With a happy heart, he solved problem #1. Then found that we needed further work. He was great about staying on task until completion. Very pleasant & personable as well as excellent at his craft. Though it was late, he completed all work needed to repair our AC system. He deserves all of the accolades a customer can give. Rating 5 out of 5. Thanks Kenneth.

I highly recommend this company. I had them install a new ac unit about 4 years ago in my mother's house, which they did a fantastic job! But recently the unit went down and they had someone scheduled to come out very fast! The tech, Kenneth Miller, even came out about 9:30pm and was very friendly, thorough and fast to get the unit back up and running and it has been great since! Highly recommend this company for any of their services!

Sam and Vicky did a great job! Sam was very detailed explaining the scope of work and what was causing the issue with our system. Once I approved the job, they began fixing the issue immediately. I was shown before and after pictures of the work, everything was cleaned up before they left. Great job!

SOUTHERN COMFORT MECHANICAL REVIEWS

We've been using Southern Comfort Mechanical for the majority of the time we've lived in our home for the past 9 years. The customer service is great! We had them install a new system a few years ago and had zero issues with the install process and the system has been working great. We have the comfort club membership which is nice because they text you when it's time to schedule seasonal maintenance so it's easy to stay on top of that. We recently had an issue where a callback was necessary and an appointment was scheduled same day. Our technician Matthan arrived on time, identified the issue and remedied it quickly.

The best part of my experience was that the mechanic came exactly at 12 pm when, like all other companies, I was given a 4 hour window starting at 12. Nobody likes to wait through those windows! The mechanic was very professional and quickly found the problem in my refrigerator. After a few days it is still running better then it has in a long time. Thank you.

Joshua repaired one of our AC units and was very polite, professional and helpful. We have had a lot of problems with our AC and Southern Comfort has been honest and understanding to deal with, standing behind their services and warranties when things didn't seem to go the way we would have liked.I would recommend them.

Prime HVAC really saved us. Jason went way above and beyond with the help of the owner to get us a new system. He was out within an hour of me calling. Santiago, Daniel, and Casey came out today and installed a new unit and mini-split. They worked over 12 hours and were so professional and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything. Answered any questions. I never really rate companies but this one truly deserves 5 stars. We will always use them in the future.

Great Service and extremely knowledgeable. Morgan came out and met with my wife. He provided excellent information. We knew the entire system was needing replacement for quite a while. Morgan gave us a few different options. We had a few other quotes. The t was clear to see Prime AC was by far the best choice. The entire system was installed the next day! Alex, Jesus and Alex showed up early and left no trace! A true professional job. Looking forward to recommending Prime AC Everytime someone asks for an AC guy.
