We had an unfortunate delay of more than 2 months for outdoor compressor unit, apparently due to "unavailability." But other than that, very solid workmanship, and excellent technical expertise, as well as communication. When we needed some additional ventilation duct work, independently of the mini split installation, Ryan made it happen quickly and professionally, for a very reasonable price.

Ryan is a great guy, he is super professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything HVAC. He spent a lot of time with us going over our project and was able to make some great recommendations for our renovation. He helped our contractor to figure out the best heating and A/C for our house, we highly recommend him.

Excellent communication and service. Hugo provided top service and diagnosis. Although parts need to be ordered for a very old heater, we are extremely happy with the service work completed. Thank you.
