It was easy to use their website to ask about our heating unit issues. Someone called promptly and verified what problem we were having and set an appointment the next day. Brandon arrived on time, asked questions, checked everything thoroughly, consulted with the manager Michael who also came over to help diagnose what the issue is, resolved it and made recommendations. We just returned from a few weeks abroad to discover that out HVAC wasn’t working downstairs. Black mountain had a repairman out within the hour. The repairman was knowledgeable, efficient, and very affable. This is the second time in the past year I’ve used Black Mountain and my experience with them on both occasions was excellent.
